TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL MASSAGE
A prévoir pour la séance de massage :
des vêtements et sous-vêtements qui ne craignent pas l’huile : une tenue agréable et souple, culotte, string ou tanga en coton (pas de caleçon) ;
ôter le maquillage et tous les bijoux (y compris l’alliance) ;
la coiffure : selon le massage, de l’huile sera appliquée sur le cuir chevelu, prévoyez un peigne!;
A prévoir après la séance de massage :
du repos : tout de suite après le massage prévoir un temps de détente chez soi de de 1 à 2h ;
ne pas pratiquer de sport intense ;
boire régulièrement pour aider à l’élimination des toxines ;
éviter le froid et les courants d’air.
